I bought this package some time ago at the Xenos.
You have to add 2 eggs, 100 g margarine (room temperature) and a apple. I added a 1/2 Goldreinette and 1 whole peach on cognac (simple peaches drained in cognac, bottled 5 months).

Put the flowerflour in a bowl, throw the ingredients (but not the sliced almond) on top and mix with electronic mixer until it it is smooth. I don't like the mould thats coming with it, you have to work very carful. Fist a little batter on the bottom, sliced pieces of apple (not too fine) then more batter on top, and then again slices of apple and parts of the peaches. Sprinkle some cinnamon and add the almond slices on top.
In the oven bake on 180 degrees C (electronic oven) I baked it for 45-50 minutes (so a lot longer than on the package 25 minutes). Check if a knitting needle comes out clean or it feels firm on the top.
It just taste delicious, what a pity it is a very small cake.

H@ppy 2010

Just baked on the 1th of January, because you can't have a better then start the year 2010 with these typical Dutch "old year eve's sweet". While the family is still sleeping I sneaked to the greenhouse to bake them. Same recipe as last year.
